Welcome to this guided meditation for stress relief
Here’s one of my Music Videos if you don’t have soft music for this stress meditation.
Better Life – The Magic Of Pan Pipes
Lets Start:
Find a comfortable seated position or lie down, whichever feels best for you. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, allowing yourself to settle into this moment.
Begin by bringing your awareness to your breath. Notice the natural rhythm of your inhales and exhales. With each breath, feel your body relaxing more deeply, letting go of any tension you may be holding onto.
Now, shift your focus to your body. Start from the top of your head and slowly scan down to your toes, noticing any areas of tightness or discomfort. As you become aware of these areas, imagine them melting away with each breath, like ice melting in the warmth of the sun.
Take a moment to focus on any areas of particular tension, sending your breath to those places and allowing them to soften and release. Remember to breathe deeply and fully, allowing each exhale to carry away any stress or tension you may be feeling.
Now, bring your attention to your muscles. With each inhale, imagine them relaxing and becoming loose and limp. With each exhale, feel any remaining tension draining away, leaving you feeling light and at ease.
As you continue to breathe deeply and fully, visualize a wave of relaxation washing over your entire body, from head to toe. Feel this wave soothing away any remaining tension, leaving you feeling completely relaxed and at peace.
Stay with this sensation for a few moments, allowing yourself to fully experience the deep sense of relaxation that comes from letting go of tension and stress.
When you’re ready, slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment. Wiggle your fingers and toes, gently stretch your body, and open your eyes.
Remember that you can return to this meditation anytime you need to release tension and stress from your body. Thank you for taking this time for yourself. May you carry this sense of peace with you throughout your day.

You can print this meditation script out and learn the script, or you might find it easier to speak this meditation script and record it on your phone. This way you can listen to soft music and hear the meditation script as you let your body relax. I given you the URL to one of my meditation music videos so you can listen to the music while meditating.
