As I have a Diploma in Mater Meditation I know the benefits of meditation for managing stress and anxiety. It’s intriguing to think that a simple practice could have such a profound impact on mental well-being.

I’m curious to hear from this community: Have any of you tried meditation to help with stress or anxiety? If so, how has it worked for you?
